Time 4 Me is a newly established company created to meet the growing needs of Utah and Salt Lake Counties. I provide private in home care for women placed on bed rest, parents during the first 4 to 6 weeks post-partum and respite care for parents that have children with special needs. We base our service on both life and clinical experience, enabling me to provide clients with professional and efficient care.

It's difficult at times to know what to get someone especially when sometimes all they need is help. Wouldn't we all at time's love to have an extra set of hands? That is precisely what I provide. As a bedrest aattendant I am the extra set of hands while women placed on bed rest are confined to their beds or physically limited due to the pregnancy or pregnancy complications. I will assist with many of the same duties that need taken care of after baby comes. Assisting with the other children, light cleaning and small meal preparation and errand running. As a Maternity and Nursery Care Aid I aassist with bottle-feeding and entertain other children while mom breastfeeds. Offer support in mother's physical recovery after childbirth. Preform basics of newborn care, such as diapering, bathing, and swaddling. Help with gassy and colicky babies. Assist with the care of older siblings and help them adjust to the new family member. Provide support for pet adjustment. Small meal preparation.
